- Site-specific documentation
All site documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS), is developed specifically for each project. Standardised site folders and controlled documentation systems are used to ensure consistency, compliance and traceability across our operations.
- Pre-start SHEQ inductions
All personnel receive pre-start SHEQ inductions on every contract. These inductions ensure operatives and management are fully briefed on site-specific risks, procedures, rules and control measures before work begins.
We carry out continual monitoring and auditing of safety, health, environmental and quality controls on site. This proactive approach allows potential risks, non-conformities or improvement areas to be identified and addressed at an early stage.
- Subcontractor and supplier vetting
All subcontractors and suppliers are fully vetted prior to approval to ongoing performance monitoring throughout the during of the works. All parties are required to comply with our Code of Business Ethics and associated policies.
- Training and competency management
Training is actively managed and measured across all levels of the business. Both management and operatives receive ongoing training to ensure competency is maintained, procedures are understood, and best practice is consistently applied across our sites.
- Waste and environmental monitoring
We work with specialist waste management partners to monitor waste streams, recycling rates and environmental performance. Detailed reporting is used to track waste breakdowns and carbon footprint data, supporting continual environmental improvement.
- Corporate Social Responsibility
Weatherproofing Advisors operates in line with established corporate responsibility standards. All employees, subcontractors and suppliers are required to comply with our Bribery Procedure, Anti-Slavery Policy and Sustainability Policy as a minimum.
